10 DAY SAFARI - TOTAL COST: $13 000

PRICE IS QUOTED IN US DOLLARS, AND INCLUDES:
•  Accommodation, meals, soft drinks, bottled water and alcohol (in moderation)
•  Services of PH with vehicle, camp and field staff
•  Trophy fee 1 x Bull Elephant – not exportable
•  Daily laundry
•  Pick up and drop off – Maun Airport
•  Hunting licenses / permits
•  Permit for 1 x firearm

PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
•  PH and camp / field staff gratuities
•  Accommodation before or after contracted safari period
•  Items of a personal nature
•  Any sightseeing or touring before and after the contracted safari period, or outside of the hunting area
•  Observers / non hunters @ $ 250 per person per day

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
•  50 % of package required as deposit to confirm the hunt
•  Balance of package costs payable in full 60 days prior to commencement of safari
•  We do not accept payment by Personal Cheques , as these take too long to clear
•  Payment via wire transfer into our company account
•  Additional costs can be settled in cash or travellers cheques at end of safari
•  Clients must take their own personal MediVac and travel insurance
•  No refund if safari is cancelled and cannot be rebooked

NOTE: The safari is conducted on partially populated communal lands in the south eastern Kalahari of Botswana. The area is unfenced and in excess of 500 000 acres where elephant are free to roam at will.

The hunt is conducted in the true sporting tradition of fair chase and mainly on foot by picking up spoor at waterholes and tracking.

Therefore the client must be in good physical shape, and of adventurous spirit to be able to participate in the hunt.
