EXTRA COSTS:
Fire Arms Permit - $250 per gun

Dip / Pack costs - $800 for 10 Day Safari - $1100 for 15 Day Safari - $1350 for 18 days + safari
Transport of trophies to Bulawayo for shipment to client @ $200 per client
VISAS are required for Mocambique – OBTAINABLE from Mocambique Consulate in Washington DC
Clients will TRANSIT through Zimbabwe, where Visas are NOT required.
NOTE: Exclusive use of camp with prior approval only

DAILY RATES EXCLUDE:
Accommodation before and after the contracted safari period
Air Charters to / from Harare/Camp/Harare
Trophy fees for animals killed, wounded and lost
Dipping, packing and shipping of trophies to clients final destination
Gratuities for PH, Camp and Field staff at discretion of client
Specially imported alcohol or food stuff
Items of a personal nature
International phone calls, faxes and use of SAT phone
Mocambique visas – Zimbabwe transit visa dual entry if over nighting in Zimbabwe
Wire transfer fees @ approximately $150
AIR CHARTERS:
Clients fly into Harare from Johannesburg, and then charter into camp
Clients will be flown directly into camp, unless they request to over night in Harare
Charter Aircraft - Twin Engine Navajo – Beechcraft Baron or Cessna 206 (single engine – 6 seater)
Prices of charter quoted on clients choice of aircraft and routing at time of safari
N.B. TROPHY FEES – Payable on animals taken or wounded and lost. Elephant Bull fees subject to Government pricing.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
50 % of total daily rate required to confirm a booking
Balance of daily rates payable 60 days prior to commencement of safari
We do not accept payment by Personal Cheques , as these take too long to clear
No refund of deposit if safari is cancelled less than 180 days prior to March 1 st of calendar year in which hunt is booked
Safaris cancelled prior to this date will be refunded 50 % of the deposit payed
Safaris cancelled less than 60 days prior to the booked date will forfeit total deposits paid unless safari can be rebooked
Trophy fees and extras are payable in cash or travellers cheques at the completion of the safari. Cash payments may be liable to Government sales tax at the time.
N.B. Mocambique is a malaria area, therefore prophylactics and other precautions are essential!
The hunting area is situated in the Northern Tete Province, bordering Zimbabwe in the west and south, and the Zambezi River and a Lake Caborra Bassa in the north. The habitat varies from Cathedral Mopane, riverine forest, Jesse bush and alluvial flood plains, and supports healthy populations of a large variety of wildlife.
Camps are comfortable and vary from East African style tented accommodation, to brick and thatch bungalows.
