DAILY RATES INCLUDE:
• Accommodation and meals during the contracted safari period
• All drinks – alcohol in moderation
• Services of licensed qualified Professional Hunter with safari vehicle, and all camp and field staff
• License and concession fees
• Daily laundry
• Field prep of trophies.
DAILY RATES EXCLUDE:
• Commercial or Charter flights
• Accommodation before or after the contracted safari period
• Packing, dipping, documentation and shipping of trophies to clients final destination
• Specially imported or requested alcohol, wine and champagne for clients personal account
• Items of a personal nature
• Any sightseeing or touring outside of the hunting area
• Use of SAT phone @ $ 2.00 per minute ( if available)
• Any taxidermy work
ADDITIONAL COSTS:
• Packing and dipping fees - $ 750 for Buffalo, Cats and Plainsgame - $1000 if includes elephant
• 2 % Government tax on total daily rate and pack and dip fees
• 4 % Government tax on total trophy fees
• CITES Tag @ $ 250 per Leopard, Crocodile and Elephant
• Road transfer (round trip) from Victoria Falls Airport - $ 450
• Zimbabwe Visa issued on arrival at point of entry – cost $ 30 per person.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
• 50 % of daily rate required as deposit to secure the safari
• Balance of daily rates paid 60 days prior to commencement of safari
• Payments in wire transfer, cash or travellers cheques
• We do not accept payment by Personal Cheques , as these take too long to clear
• Trophy fees and any other outstanding costs payable on completion of safari
• Deposits are not refundable if client cancels safari – trip cancellation insurance is advised
Zimbabwe is still considered as one of the best value for money Big Game safari destinations in Africa today. It is a safe country to travel to, and has an excellent reputation for quality fair chase hunting. Deka safari area borders the famed Hwange National Park and Matetsi Safari areas.
The terrain consists of rolling hills, mopane forest, riverine thickets and grass vleis, which supports a variety of big game that is free to roam at will throughout the hunting area and bordering concessions.
Accommodation is a traditional East African style tented camp with modern amenities.
